Job Position Description

The National Forest Foundation (NFF) seeks an experienced and highly motivated and creative professional to direct its “Friends of the Forest” initiative. The Director of Friends of the Forest® is responsible for directing all aspects of communications and outreach and serves as staff liaison with external marketing vendors; directs the design, development and management of the NFF Web site; and assists in coordinating NFF national promotions and events. A Bachelor's degree and at least 7 years of experience and proven results in marketing and public relations is required. The NFF is a national nonprofit conservation organization dedicated to public engagement in caring for the National Forest System.
